Joseph Lee Levinson has more than two decades of experience as an attorney, entrepreneur, and managing partner. As the leader of the Levinson Law Firm in Benson, North Carolina, he demonstrates extensive knowledge of criminal law, family law, personal injury, wills and estates, and many other practice areas. He provides further support to his clients as a skilled mediator and arbitrator. Joseph Lee Levinson is also the co-owner of Levinson and Axford Law, PA, in Raleigh.

Joseph Levinson’s experience as a property and real estate legal professional has allowed him to guide various developers, investors, and local business owners through the challenges of complex real estate transactions, with a focus on business growth and risk mitigation. He balances his legal activities with support for community organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America.

A member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mr. Levinson graduated from Campbell University Law School with his juris doctor. He completed his pre-law studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When he is not overseeing his law practices or engaging with groups such as North Carolina Advocates for Justice, he enjoys leading an active lifestyle. His interests range from Spartan races to overseeing athletics programs at UNC.
